Staying in this place was such an unforgettable experience. The staff made us feel welcome and were very helpful. They even provided shuttle service to the port and helped us with our luggage. We loved the traditional Japanese style rooms with tatami flooring and the hot spring. The Japanese breakfast included was delicious and filling. One of the best things about the hotel was the stunning views from our room and lobby. , the tea and cookies in the room were a nice touch.
We have nothing negative to say. Although the facilities were old, everything was still functional and well-maintained.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were kind and helpful, assisting me in planning my bus schedule to make the most out of this city. The breakfast was fantastic and filled with delicious Japanese cuisine. Additionally, the view from my room's balcony was breathtaking, providing me with an amazing view of Angel Road and even the sun rise.

The hotel delivered a traditional Japanese breakfast and delightful yukata in the rooms. The staff is great, attentive, and transfer guests to the ferry station, which is a plus. The location of the hotel is peaceful with ample walks and stunning views to small islands in front.
The hotel facilities were around for the golden age of tourism.

The view from our room was breathtaking, we could see the Angel Road and the sunrise every day during our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they provided a free shuttle service to a nearby location which was very convenient. We also enjoyed the ryokan-style accommodation and the traditional Japanese breakfast included in our stay.
The facilities are outdated and some areas are in need of renovation. The onsen baths were not as pictured, and there were limited amenities provided in the room.
